"Terrible Support Experience"
I picked up the outlier pro's based on a buddy's suggestion. He thought they were a solid choice due to their good sound quality for the cost, and he never had to deal with their customer support...
Unfortunately, mine started acting up after about 6 months, so I sent them back for a warranty replacement. Now, I've been without headphones for over a month thanks to their awful service.
They let my old pair sit at the post office for 3 days before picking them up, and then they somehow misplaced my address? Another week has gone by, and when I reached out for an update and expressed my frustration, they replied with, "the status of your claim is shipment pending so there is no tracking number. We're sorry you're disappointed."
I really wish I had checked out reviews before making this purchase; I would have steered clear of this company for sure.

I just got my soundblaster x5 from the website. The shipping was quick, and even though the customer service took a bit of time, they were super helpful. The item came in perfect shape, and the packaging was all good. I totally recommend this if you're looking for a dac/amp for your Ps5 and PC.

Creative is a solid choice for sound quality for your ears. The only issue I faced was with the jacks, which began to wear out after a year of use. Now I've got some pricier ones after four years, so I'm curious to see if they've improved.

"Had to Share My Thoughts After Seeing the Reviews"
I usually don’t write reviews, but after checking out the negative feedback here, I felt compelled to share my experience. I recently got my hands on the new Zen headphones. The delivery was quick, and I was really impressed with them at first. I picked these up to swap out the ones I just handed down to my daughter, who can’t believe how much better they sound compared to her iPods! Honestly, what else is there to say? This is my third purchase from Creative. I also own the Roar speaker, which still blows me away. I’ve got an old van, and I use it in place of the built-in stereo. It works like a charm. These products are worth every penny and sound fantastic. What else could you ask for?

I don't really do reviews but after seeing the bad reviews on here I had to. I recently purchased the new Zen headphones. Fast delivery and initially impressed with the headphones. I bought these to replace the outlier I have just given to my daughter who can't believe how good they are compared to her iPods! Seriously what more can you say. These are my third Creative purchase. I also have Roar speaker which is still amazing. I have an old van and use it instead of the stereo. Works perfectly. These items are value for money and sound amazing. What more do you need?

"SoundblasterX H6 Review"
I picked up this headset since I ain't got the cash for the pricey ones, and I usually lean towards midrange options—not the cheapest, but not breaking the bank either. Snagged it for just £50 on their site during a sale.
Honestly, the sound quality is pretty impressive for the price point. The bass is decent—not mind-blowing, but enough to really get you into the music. The microphone? Best one I've used so far. Even my desk mic can't compete with this.
To give you an idea of the sound, my dad got me a £200 Sony headset, and honestly, when you put it next to the H6, you wouldn't even notice a huge difference. And those other ones? They cost like four times as much!
Now, I'm eyeing some earbuds priced at £55 (or £40 with a voucher) because they claim to have noise cancelling and cool controls. I plan to stack them up against the AirPods Pro 2, and if they come close, hats off to them.
I'm also thinking about grabbing a G6 for my headset. I've seen them marketed together, but I need to check with Creative first, as I'm not sure if it'll really boost my 32-ohm headset that much.

"SoundblasterX H6"
I bought this headset as i don't have money for expensive ones and i usually go for midrange ones that are not the cheapest but not expensive either. Headset was on offer, paid only £50 on their website.
It is incredible how good they are in terms of sound quality compared to other headsets at the same price. The bass is good not amazing but good enough to immerse yourself. The microphone is the best mic i had so far. Even the desk mic isn't up to this quality.
Let me give you an example of the sound quality. Dad bought me £200 Sony Headset and compared to the H6 you wouldn't tell the difference that's how good they are. And the others cost like how much? 4 times the price?
I want to buy some earbuds now the ones at 55 (40 with voucher) because they promise noise cancelling and nice controls. I will compare them to airpods pro 2 and if they get near to that quality, hats down.
I will also want to get a G6 for my headset, I've seen them advertised together, but i need advice from Creative as i am not sure that it will drastically improve my 32ohm headset.

"Sound BlasterX G6 Review"
I really don’t get all the negative feedback. I ordered it for the first time and had no issues, but time will tell. I picked up the Sound BlasterX G6 for my PS5 and hooked it up to my Nvidia Shield for Spotify and YouTube music, and it’s working like a charm. The package made it to Ireland in just a week. On the PS5, I’m using it without any EQ for the Tempest 3D Audio, and it pairs nicely with my Beyerdynamic Tygr 300R. I haven’t played a ton of games yet, so I can’t really comment on any changes in sound quality, but for music, it’s instantly awesome. I can tweak the EQ to lower the treble and adjust a few other settings, making the sound way better than the standard headphone output. So far, I’m really pleased.

"Sound BlasterX G6"
Don’t understand so many bad reviews, ordered first time without problems, but we will see. Bought Sound BlasterX G6 for my PS5 and also connected it with NvidiaShield for Spotify and Youtube for music, works great. Package arrived in a week to Ireland. On PS5 using it without any EQ for the Tempest 3D Audio, works well with my Beyerdinamics Tygr 300R, didn’t play too many games yet so can’t talk about sound quality change and so on, but for music is instant great as I can use EQ for lowerin treble and few other things to make sound much better then vanila headphones output. For now great.

"Disappointing Service Experience"
I placed an order for a speaker set on November 30. They showed up on December 9, packed in a padded envelope through DHL/USPS, and the box was all bent up. When I opened it, the volume knob just fell off because it was damaged during shipping. When I reached out for a replacement, I was told I had to send back the broken unit in a box that I had to provide, using FedEx. Plus, I had to wait for them to get the return before they’d send me a new set of speakers. It just doesn’t make sense to me why I have to return the broken item in better condition than how they sent the new one.

"Poor Customer Service"
I ordered a set of speakers on 11/30. They arrived on 12/9 in a padded envelope via DHL/USPS and the box was bent. Upon opening the box the volume knob fell off as it had been broken in shipping. When I contact them for a replacement I had to ship them the broken unit in a box, that I was providing, and via FedEx. Meanwhile I would have to wait for the return before they would send me a new set of speakers. I don't understand why I have to ship them the broken unit in better shape/method that what they sent the new unit to me.

"Terrible support from customer service."
It took me 2 months to get a faulty item sent back. I reached out 6 times asking for a return address, but they just wouldn’t provide one. Eventually, I shipped it to an address I found on Google, but they informed me it’s no longer valid after I sent it off. Still waiting on that return. Next time, I reckon I’ll shell out a bit more for Bose or Sony.

Taken 2 months to return a faulty product. I asked 6 times for a return address but they wouldn't give me one. In the end I sent it to an address I found on Google but they told me it no longer exists after I sent them. Still waiting for a return. Next time I will pay a little extra for Bose or Sony.

"Terrible Customer Support Experience"
I purchased a Stage 360 Soundbar straight from their website. After just a week, the subwoofer started shutting off. I initiated an RMA, which was approved, and I sent it back. Now, two weeks have passed, and there’s been no movement on the RMA, plus nobody is replying to my inquiries for updates or assistance. This is just awful service; I’d definitely steer clear of buying anything directly from them. Update: I finally got some help through their chat feature. Turns out they misplaced my RMA but eventually found it. A week later, I got a replacement, and the soundbar seems to be working fine now. Still, the service was terrible—almost a month to get a replacement for a soundbar that was only two weeks old.

"Horrible Customer Service"
I bought a Stage 360 Soundbar direct from their store. 1 Week in, the subwoofer kept turning off. I raised an RMA and it got approved so I sent it back. It's now been 2 weeks, and there is no progress on the RMA and no one will respond to my requests for an update or help. This is just horrible service, I would definitely avoid buying anything direct from them.
Update: Finally got help using their chat option. Apparently they had lost my RMA but managed to locate it. I received a replacement 1 week later and the soundbar appears to be working fine now. Still horrible service, almost a month to get a replacement for a 2 week old soundbar.
